Step 1: Discuss your needs
You can contact our friendly team to discuss your needs via phone, email, web chat or face-to-face in one of our local stores. Our local offices are located in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Mackay & Townsville.
Step 2: Book mobility equipment and delivery
Delivery and Collection fees are calculated dependent on the location and the size/ weight of the item. We require the full 4 weeks payment at time of hire - any unused weeks will be refunded when the product is returned clean and undamaged. Any ongoing hire after the 4 week period will roll over as a FORTNIGHTLY DIRECT DEBIT.
Step 3: Receive mobility equipment at home
Once all confirmed and approved, our team will schedule the equipment to be delivered at the provided address.
